Title IX is the portion of the United States Education Amendments of 1972 best known for its impact on high school and collegiate athletics. On August 26th, National Women's Equality Day, Title IX was performed by the artist and seven other female participants.
Pistols were used while wearing acrylic fingernails (safety/nonviolence orange) to puncture targets letterpress printed with the word OTHER. Objects produced consist of sculpture, photography, text, and video.
